What you can tell us about

Anyone can raise a concern about Prospect, our staff or anyone acting for us. This includes:

  • How a member of staff behaved
  • The quality of a project or service
  • Abuse of power
  • Fraud, corruption or misuse of our money or resources
  • Sexual harassment, exploitation or abuse

How we handle it

  • Every concern is taken seriously and kept confidential.
  • We have zero tolerance for abuse of power, sexual exploitation, fraud, corruption and criminal behaviour.
  • Both the person raising the concern and the person it is about can challenge our decision, and will be told how we reached it.
  • We review this process regularly so we keep getting better at it.

Our approach follows our values of integrity, stewardship, compassion, justice and accountability.
